Once again this year, Emma Obadina returns to Japan Impact to introduce you to the secrets of Japanese pastry and cuisine, and to teach you how to prepare original-flavored dango mochi, nature-inspired daifuku, matcha nama chocolate, as well as savory recipes such as coconut tempeh with yuzu, daikon mochi, and chicken with yakiniku sauce.

Beyond the pleasure of indulging your sweet tooth, Emma also shares her vision of healthy and balanced Japanese cuisine, highlighting the benefits of these recipes for the body.
