The next information sessions will take place:
- 📅 22 November in SG1 at 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- 📅 11 December in CO2 at 7:15 p.m.
👉 These sessions will take place on the EPFL campus and also via videoconference.

We ask that you be available on 14 and 15 February 2026, and let us know by filling out the registration form.

Once your account has been created, you will receive the link to the online information session.
Creating an account is very quick and does not commit you to anything: we will ask you later to confirm your interest and give us more information about yourself. Some of our staff members only speak English, many of them speak French and English: let us know what you can do and we will put your energy to good use, teaming up with people you can chat with!
